Bob Krieger is the founder and CEO of Perennial Pension and Wealth, Inc. After serving for 3 years as a retirement services specialist for Franklin/Templeton mutual funds, he moved to Merrill Lynch in 1996 to begin his practice as a full-service financial advisor, where he worked for 13 years. While innovative portfolio design and investment returns are important, Bob focuses on wealth issues at a deeper level for his clients. His purpose is to explore and analyze the complicated intricacies of each individual's and business' financial situation in order to design and deliver simple strategies. Shamon Manlowe | Client Specialist
Shamon comes to Perennial Pension & Wealth with over 20 years of strong administrative experience. Prior to joining PPW, Shamon worked for Franklin Templeton Investments (FTI) as a Human Resources Representative, supporting Talent Acquisition. Her primary focus was on fulfilling the hiring needs of Sales for the entire Western Region.Prior to working at FTI, Shamon worked for CTB/McGraw-Hill in Monterey. During her tenure, Shamon spent the majority of her time as a Contract Analyst for their Legal Team, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and analyzing an extremely high volume of legal contracts and ensuring that McGraw-Hill's intellectual property assets were protected. She also worked for a number of years on their Sales and Marketing Team as a Proposal Coordinator, where she effectively coordinated the production of countless proposals under extremely tight deadlines. Shamon focuses on every aspect of clients' experiences while upholding the demanding standards of Perennial Pension & Wealth.Shamon lives in Rocklin, CA with her husband Dave, and their three children, Tyler, Nicholas, and Brooke. Eva Kalivas

Eva Kalivas is an LPL Registered Representative, Registered Principal and Investment Advisor Representative and member of The Retirement Partners Group, a network associated with LPL Financial.  She is recognized as an ERISA 3(38) investment manager and has been registered with the SEC/Finra since 1990.  She currently holds her Series 7, Series 63, Series 24, Series 65 and Series 51 Securities registrations.  In addition, Ms. Kalivas is licensed with several State Insurance Departments.  Insurance licensing includes Life, Health, Disability, Property and Casualty.  Eva graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint John’s University in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.


Eva’s experience in the securities industry includes both the corporate and retail aspects of investment management.  Her career began at Prudential, initially as a Registered Representative, and was later promoted to a Sales Manager.  After being with Prudential for six years, she continued to gain knowledge and exposure within the financial services arena.  As the National Training Manager for an investment banking firm, Eva designed a training program for Account Executives.  She went on to become the Director of Sales Development in the Retirement Services Division for a major commercial brokerage company.


In 1999, Eva co-founded EPIC Retirement Services Consulting, LLC.  She utilized her experience and understanding of the securities industry in establishing and building the company.  EPIC specializes in the area of qualified retirement plans and provides complete independent and unbiased consultative advice.  EPIC is built around providing Excellence, Principle, Integrity and Care to both institutional and individual clients alike, nationwide.


Eva is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Golden Key Honor Society, the General Agents and Managers Association, the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Hellenic American Women’s Council.  She has conducted numerous financial planning seminars and lectures throughout the country and was most recently a Keynote Speaker at the Annual Best Practices in Retirement Planning Seminar.  In 2005 Eva was profiled by AIG as part of the National Top Producer Campaign.  In 2006, Eva received her AIF Designation (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.  In 2008, Eva was included amongst the 20 Rising Stars in Retirement Plan Advisory by Investment News.  Eva also received the award for Outstanding Client Service, as a member of the Freedom Club with LPL Financial, the country’s leading independent broker-dealer, in 2012.

Jeff Greenberg

Mr. Greenberg received an Accounting Degree from the University of Albany in 1978, and a Law Degree from Hofstra University in December 1980.  He started his career in 1981 as a tax attorney with Touch Ross & Co.  In 1984 he was promoted to Manager of the ERISA Department.


Jeff joined the securities business in October 1985 as Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he was hired as National Director of Retirement Services.  While there he created and developed Oppenheimer’s Retirement Services Department, which earned the reputation for developing innovative and unique strategies to achieve profiled client objectives.  Jeff was promoted to Senior Vice President in 1989 and Managing Director in 1993.  His department became entrusted with over five hundred 401k plans ranging from multi-national corporations to entrepreneurial start-ups.  Jeff is recognized as an ERISA 3(38) investment manager and currently holds his Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 Securities registrations with LPL Financial.


Jeff partnered with Eva Kalivas in October 1999 and co-founded EPIC Retirement Services Consulting, LLC.  He is a frequent lecturer for organizations, including the New York State Society of CPA’s, the Florida Association of Enrolled Actuaries, IMCA, International Foundation of Employee Benefits, Columbia Business School, and the American Bar Association’s Continuing Education Program.  He has authored numerous trade articles, including “Counseling Your Employees on Lump Sum Distributions,” “Choosing a Retirement Plan that’s Best for Your Business,” and co-authored “ERISA Implications of TEFRA,” for the Columbia Law Review.  Jeff is a member of the New York State Bar Association Employee Benefits Section.  He is also the proud father of two now adult daughters and is blessed to be the eternal partner of his wife Larisa.
Ruth Luna

Ruth Luna has been an important member of the EPIC Retirement Services team for 12 years.   With almost 30 years’ experience in the corporate sector, Ruth’s extensive work experience incorporates the Investment, Financial, Insurance and Licensing sectors.    At our firm she serves as our Client Relationship Manager for the corporate retirement plan side.  In this role she works with current and prospective clients by answering questions regarding services and resolving issues the clients have.  This involves ongoing contact with clients to ensure their overall satisfaction.  In addition, she handles the visual design of our advertisements, the preparation of corporate announcements and Client presentations, and handles the creation and production of our Client’s 401k Performance Monitoring Tables and Analytical Spreadsheets. 


Ruth attended Hunter College in New York City studying Principals of Accounting and Economics, and is certified in Computer Application by the HANAC Skills Development Center in New York City.

Lynn Schott

Lynn Schott joined our retirement plan team in 2011.  She is a highly accomplished Human Resource executive with extensive hands-on expertise in benefits.  Lynn spent over 20 years in the corporate sector across a variety of industries administering benefits, serving on Retirement Committees, troubleshooting employee concerns and identifying and implementing best practices wherever she worked.


Lynn brings to our retirement plan team a client and participant-focused perspective which allows us to customize our Client and Participant communication to assure we are touching upon the most important issues for both.  In addition, she does extensive research to identify articles and issues of interest so that the Knowledge Center on the our website has the most meaningful array of information.


Lynn graduated Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has gained significant benefits expertise through both on-the-job experience and relevant seminars.
